Details: | This company claimed that it would provide the games online, but instead they wanted me to buy a plane ticket to fly from San Diego to Texas as their head office was located there. That they said because there was a mistake on the website that webmaster made and that I need to go to the central office now if I don't want a box game and I want a money back. Is this insane? |

I think you should report to the IRS about this issue. Because their behavior is a kind of weird. Why would they ask that? Did they offer to reimburse the trip costs?
