Nasty buyer did same to me as well as many other sellers judging by the feedback she has left for others.
Bought item with clear pictures and detailed measurements. She didn't read description or use measurements. Fabricated lies about item being different. Sent e-bay pictures with "missing" size tag (she either cut it out or just moved camera over since size label was off to side from brand name label). On very first contact with me about the so-called "problem," was extremely nasty. E-mails after that just got more and more threatening. Got e-bay involved from the start because she was so evil and harassing. Long story short, after several phone calls, ebay covered me. Unlike many others, I lost no money. She was reported for her abuse. Seriously - block her. She is unbalanced.

After seeing these other seller complaints about this buyer, I went out of my way to try not to let her win again. I didn't accept the return, but called eBay about it. The first person I talked to said she thought it was a buyer's remorse issue, and that eBay would back me up on that, if I tried to work it out with the buyer and couldn't, and then called them again in 3 business days. Well, I tried to work it out with her. I couldn't. She just refused to pay return shipping, even though the item was CLEARLY as described. She complained about an issue that was obvious in the photos. So, I called back in 3 business days, but it was too late. By then the buyer had escalated the case online, and it had been automatically decided in her favor.

The second time I called, I spoke to someone else who ALSO said she thought it was buyer's remorse, AND that the case had been decided in the buyer's favor incorrectly. She told me to call again when I received the item, and at least try to get the defect removed. Well, I did, but after lengthy holds and discussions, I was told that the online system basically automatically decides in favor of whoever escalates the case, and that they can't reverse that. So, in future, it may be useful to be the first to escalate the case. I also was advised that you should accept the return, even if you think the buyer is making up a reason for it, but refund the item through Paypal and deduct the shipping, THEN call them. This is the exact opposite of what the first person I spoke to said, and what eBay has told me in the past. But bottom line, NEVER deal with this buyer if you can avoid it.

Sorry that happened to you. Good to know! By the way, she just left another negative again. She's a "special" buyer that needs to be kicked off eBay! Sadly, I now check all my buyers now before I mail to them. If they leave as many negatives as she does, I will cancel the order.

Two more nasty feedbacks! She doesn't stop! Avoid selling to her - she will make up some lie to avoid having to pay return shipping, or to avoid even returning it in the first place.

She also talks about the “tags” on the shoes. Didn’t realize degenerates like her wear shoes with the tag on them. Piece of damn work.

Every seller needs to block her! She's left a few more negatives - how soon til they are gone? EBay needs to kick her off.

I can see why buyer is doing this to you. You posted buyer info which breach eBay. They can have your account suspended for leaking their personal information towards the web. This was very childish to do it even if the buyer was a fraud. I hate seller like you, If you did that to me. I would sue you.

You can get your feedback removed. by using the appeal system. Having ebay documented everything on message and the phone system.

Boo hoo - nasty scamming buyers are the problem on eBay! Buyer was eventually kicked off eBay - but no recourse for the sellers who were defrauded by her. Go ahead and sue and see how far that gets you. No lawyer would take the case.

Don't be fooled by her eBay feedback as it currently is. Since eBay kicked her off for her fraudulent activity - they have removed ALL the negatives she has given to sellers - hundreds! Do not fall prey to her on other venues.

The company has put in some safeguards, but you can do a lot to protect yourself as an eBay user.
