Buyer purchased a pandora bead and claimed that it was not the correct color that I said it was. We agreed that I would refund the money once I received the item. I received AN item but it was not the same one I sent her. The bead I sent her had clear hallmarks and was in great shape but the bead I received was very worn and you can barely read the hallmarks. Contacted eBay and they said there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed.
