IP was traced back their billing city. Tried to contact customer to remind them of their purchase but they refused any contact with us. |

Of course they refused to talk to you. You have to get a phone number that pops up and not go to voice mail and catch them off guard. You'll get the some bullshit excuse coming out of their mouth. The dispute was dont deliberately and you should always send the activations via usps signature required mail. There's to many assholes like her that will defraud you.
