Problem/Buyer Created Case: Buyer misused returns
Problem Summary: after buyer bought item messaged me wanting same day shipping to get in 3 days so she can wear iteven though my listing says 5 day handling. I accomodated her and it was delivered priority the day she wanted to wear it. I also have a no return policy and clearly state preowned clothes may have a variety of flaws and are sold as is to discourage scammers like this buyer. This item happened to be like new. Buyer claims horrible smell and wanted return. I said one no odor and two my listing says items may have a rip tear ODOR etc basically whatever claim I could thik of a lying buyer tries to get away with. Now she is saying title has the word vintage in it and it is a contemoprary item so wants a return for misclassification. So she apparently has gotten away with claiming odor before and tried it again. Bought 124 or so items with 100% feedback but not many sellers gave her good feedback so one of those new buyers trying to return popular items after wearing them inappropriately claiming nad and failing that will look for any loophole. Definitely needs to be shut down. Scammers like this make me furious. I am currently fighting the return. Hell of it is if she wasnt lying about odor and just asked about returning it I would have considered it because I had a lot of people watching this particular item.
