Buyer's country: | Belgium |
Payment method: | PayPal |
Category: | Music |
Details: | This buyer bought a vinyl record from me on Dec 1, 2017, and claimed direct in PayPal, not in eBay where the item was sold, that item wasn't as described. This buyer wanted to get a full refund and keep the record but it was forced by PayPal to return the record and when I received the record, it was destroyed!!! It's clear that he damaged the record when he couldn't keep it. And, of course, PayPal refunded him with my money. Beware of this guy, he told me all the "problems" he had already had with sellers. So, it's clear this guy, Giovanni Prinzie, from Belgium, buys records and then claims the record isn't in the conditions described to get full refunds and keep the records. And when he's forced to ship the records back, then he will destroy the records. |

And besides, he tried to get me to withdraw my complaint before refund, so I would never have been repaid, he invoked God, kindness and all these things to incite me to accept his solution... the vinyl was destroyed because melted in the package on the arrivals, I opened the packet to the factor that did well see this.

I just wonder, if the person says "the vinyl was destroyed because melted in the package on the arrivals", isn't this person accepting the kind of damage was in transit? That's a different version of "the viny was destroyed before the package". So, clearly the buyer is lying and after to read 1 lie, can we trust what he or she says? And eBay always encourages buyers and sellers to solve the problems directly, so, if the sellers offered a solution (return the record), I see that was reasonable.
