Requested Express Mail and complained about delivery time. When tracking showed that the package arrived in a timely manner from the Post Office, they then complained that the item did not work fast enough. Not that the item didn't work. A partial refund was given for the cost of the item, not the expedited shipping which was a special request.

After waited for 40 days they did a credit card chargeback thru PayPal. According to PayPal the credit card company closed the case. Item was never returned -- seems it worked fast enough for them after all.
