We have gotten international recovery agents on the case and a pending court case is in progress. Buyer now owes in excess of £20,000 inclusive of storage fees and has messages us several times drunk. He must have a terrible life. Upon further discover, Mr John Vella is a terrible and abusive landlord and owes multiple debts to multiple agencies. Please stop this guy, he is scamming his tenants and threatening them. Please check out Johnnie Vella on Rate My Landlord. He tried to cover up numerous bad feedback left for him. A terrible landlord who is in charge of St Paul the Apostle Church in Toronto ironically.

This man lied to police and public guardian trustee about the unit I live in and as a result I’ve been barred from entering my home and am now homeless. I cannot get my ID, my cards/cash, I cannot work ( my work station is at home) and ALL my belongings are jeopardized. He is DANGEROUS. Avoid at all costs. He treats majority of his tenants with disrespect and puts them in fear so they feel like they cannot ask for anything
