Customer purchased items from us and didn't put her unit number down on her apartment. USPS wouldn't deliver the items and returned them to us since she didn't put the unit number. The items are now missing and customer is threatening to dispute the charges with her bank since she failed to put a unit number. She is being hostile in emails and is ridiculous. We lost money due to her error and she is hostile a rude because she made an error. Do not sell to this woman.
