Customer attempted to cancel order. Store refunded customer, but order had already shipped.
Customer kept $600 plus in parts without paying and will not answer calls or emails
Well of course, whatever is your refund policy stated on your online store is what you should stick to. That was your own fault for not checking with your shipping department to confirm the product had already shipped. But you did one thing before the other. If i Got something what I wanted for free i wouldnt call you back either that was your fault.
