This buyer was fully aware of our policies, prior to purchase. All policies are clearly outlined in the listing, including the pictures. Policies are only effective, if you actually take the time and read. This buyer left neutral feedback that was highly unwarranted. Had they actually read, they would've known, to shop elsewhere. We as a business, cant keep catering to unreasonable individuals, such as this one. This individual obviously believes that policies don't apply to them or that they should be exempt. SELLERS BEWARE!
