Customer has purchased from our account 3 separate times and has filed for Customer Return on basis of defective or damaged item. Customer then never returns the said item. The last time we refused to refund the customer unless we received the item. Customer sent an image of the shipping label as proof but the number comes up as not being shipped through USPS yet.
