Buyer insisted that they had not received a parcel I sent them for a purchase they made on Amazon UK. Royal Mail tracking indicated delivery had been made. To avoid a A-Z claim I refunded the buyer. They have tried to make many purchases since but I have cancelled them. They recently made another purchase, however this time I have sent the parcel SIGNED FOR in the hope that Amazon will back me up. They are now refusing to collect the parcel or rearrange delivery, since they realise that their scam will not work this time. Waiting to see how this pans out this time but they are clearly abusing Amazon's A-Z claim process. Hideous buyer :-(
