Purchased item on January 15, received on January 18. Never heard a word from the customer, but March 21 filed a claim with Paypal claiming he never ordered product. If you check his purchases they were all train related. He was smart enough to wait 60 days until Ebay couldnt do anything " but he has still been reported". Paypal is ruling in my favor since seller protection was met.
