I meant the seller, not the buyer. Even if the buyer was wrong the seller still made a serious violation of policy by posting personal information of a buyer. Amazon suspends sellers for that.

First off, if you commit a crime, right off the bat your information is public knowledge. Secondly, you knowingly gave that information to a 3rd party and they can do whatever they want with it. Getting back to the seller, Amazon is rigged that way, they are high priced and will side with the customer every single time. you should consider not doing business at Amazon at all, and move to your own online store. Amazon doesnt care about sellers and they will shit on you every single time. Buyers know that and they will abuse the hell of out it at your expense. The fact that Amazon you can file a false dispute, put a brick in a box, and the second the prepaid shipping label shows an acceptance scan from the courier the buyer has their money back long before the seller gets the product.

Seller if anyone is fucking you over like the way Amazon is, you should be considering (1) jacking up your prices on amazon to cover your fraud due to Amazon, (2) get rid of Amazon all together and start your own online store or (3) build other online stores other than Amazon to lessen you dependence on them.

Update your user profile to include the link to this site and let buyers know that you will report them here if they run any scams on you. Once buyers read this blog they will know that a seller means business. My scam rate fell significantly once I posted this site link on my profile. I think all sellers should post it and use it.
