eBay a/c registered address is in Italy, while the PayPal shipping address is registered in United States. After payment he message & force me to send to a Indonesia address, and threatened to leave me a negative feedback if we can't make it.
As ebay seller protection would not cover me in this situation, so we refused it & he send a message with foul language.

I have report him to eBay for the "threaten to leave negative feedback" & "using foul language".
