Have a buyer bought $$$ worth of item with this same address on eBay too. Name claimed to be "HONG HSUAN KO", and the user ID: "loveke22". I cancelled the order just to be safe. Seems like we are seeing a similar pattern here...

Other countries buy from the United States. This company is responsible for receiving products in the United States and shipping them to buyers! The problem is with the buyer, not everyone with this address!

I work in this facility. We do have a lot of missing packages and it is due to The poor performance of the post office who handle our packages. They do not scan the package when it is delivered. They scan the in their sorting facility and ship to us . And guess what? They put the packages in a wrong load or sometimes they deliver a whole truck to wrong address and never come back. I believe All of your experience is using USPS. Because all other carrier they scan one by one so they can locate the missing package much more easier. We lost more than 80 packages on 4/28/2020 but the post office has never help. We still have the camera footages that proof USPS tracking information is unreliable.

The buyer name and the word "MBxxxxxxx" need to combines together and means a unique buyer.

I currently have an Ebay buyer asking for a full refund associated with this SAME ADDRESS! USPS tracking shows that the items were OUT FOR DELIVERY 2 weeks ago - and were NEVER DELIVERY SCANNED. ALWAYS GET SIGNATURE PROOF OF DELIVERY TO THIS ADDRESS AND REQUIRE THE BUYER TO PAY FOR IT IF THEY WANT DELIVERY. Else, you run the risk of getting scammed by this company and it's customers. This I just one of many out there.

This is a freight forwarding service that eBay buyers are using to circumvent an eBay seller's policies (i.e. those who refuse to ship internationally). If you elect to ship to this address, you are actually shipping to a company that forwards to the buyer in their home country upon receipt.

Yet another to add to the list. Claiming he never received the package. Wish I saw this before his order.
