Details: Sergio Ruz Andrade, the so called in ebay as mexicancoin, filateliademexico, stampterr, and many other nick names he uses to perpetrate his scams. He is in every word a professional Scammer. He constantly changes his name in order to erase all the scams and frauds, he is committing during the time he is using his fake nickname. He was expelled from the local Club in Puebla, Amexfil and many other clubs and federations in Mexico. He is very well known as a fraudster in Mexico, and his reputation is well known by every organization and local clubs. If you have any question about his reputation you can call the Federacion Mexicana de Filatelia and speak with Mr. Victor Sienra, or Polo Calderon in the local Stamp Club in Puebla. He will testify what I'm saying is true.

Hi Pablo,

his fullname is Sergio Armando Ruz Andrade, and he is selling under this nick name in Facebook, ebay and Mercado Libre https://www.facebook.com/fiateliademexico/
and under Mexicocoins

This is where he says he lives now

He is using the filatelia de Mexico without authorization, since Coronel Puflea passed away last year

This post has been brought to the attentioin of COFUMEX, the only philatelic organization in Mexico recognized by The American Philatelic Society and the Federacion Inter-Americana de Filatelia FIAF, due to the false information contained therein. All names, addresses and supposed buyer user names are false and no register will appear in any auction or sales site, no such persons are real, nor the given street addresses. All links are dead, no Facebook page of the sort exist, as well as no "local stamp club in Puebla" or "Club Chihuahua", no stamp club currently exists in those places, and no "Federacion de Filatelia" is legal or recognized by philatelic entities inside or outside Mexico. As COFUMEX is the only internationally recognized philatelic organization in Mexico, we believe this post was only made to publicize false, bogus organizations with no national or international recognition and all information should be deemed as fake and completely illegal.
