Customer purchased a custom made item that is announced as non cancelable and had the choice to wait until shipments with USPS reopen (due to the covid situation) or pay 8 USD to have it shipped via express carrier.
He suddenly went postal and answered our offer to upgrade the shipping method (the same way it was already announced at checkout at the time of the order) saying, and I quote: "GO FUCK YOURSELF GREEDY FUCK!!!!! - YOU FUCKING SEND MY SHIT TO ME OR CANCEL THIS MOTHERFUCKING ORDER YOU FAGGOT!!!!!!!" while he said a few days earlier "Please take your time with his order".
He further sent a dozen emails containing exclusively bad words.

We offered to refund 3/4 of the product as a gesture, and because we do not want to have anything to do with such negative people.
He placed a chargeback for the remaining 1/4.

Beware, this man is extremely toxic.
