He purchased a xbox live code ( tangible item ) on 10/28/12.
3 weeks later 11/17/12 he finally email seller back with the security code, PLUS open a PP " non-receipt dispute ".
" Enter response ASAP or I will escalate with PayPal ".
What the hell?
It looks like he did not even know the problem is on his side!
If a buyer purchase something off internet but never read/reply any emails, nobody can help!
