Stinks of attempted fraud (I do not think buyer is just an incompetent new ebayer). Zero feedback, brand new account, did not read the listing (clearly asking overseas bidders to make contact for a shipping quote BEFORE bidding), then expected shipping to a PO Box address in a country that the (large/bulky/heavy/fragile) item could probably not be shipped to anyway. Ignored all comms, NPB case won, costs refunded, and buyer reported to ebay. Timewaster!
