They bought products big lots, didn't want to get any instruction how the product works, they didn't answer at all, just only want to opened a dispute for full refund. They returned partial of the product, but printed a label as heavy package from seller account, they kept a part of the product and return partial new and the other part misused, probably old and defective they had previously, and got a full refund, right after mailman delivered the package.
