Hi,i recieved untrue\unjust negative feedback today,just want to warn others ...i listed a vintage\collectable joblot of bits & bobs gatherd from around my sheds as i attempt to gain much needed space,i posted 12 clear pictures with the lot showing every item that was in the lot cleary.also listing most of the items,also stating that none of the lot was new items.i stated that whilst taking the pictures etc anything damaged noticable to my eye or to my touch had been thrown away,however most items in the lot were fairly old and i may have missed a chip\crack\etc and for those easons the lot would be sold as seen.i then listed any faults i.e 1 delft pepper\salt pot had a chip repaired,etc.the listing was for 3 days,the winning bidder placed 5 bids stretched over the 3 day listing.on winning the lot buyer sent me a message asking could they pick the lot up today(saturday) this was the day after the auction,also stating they would pay cash.we arranged a time and the buyer came as arranged,on seeing the box that the items were packed in the buyer in a less than friendly tone asked is that it,i replied yes,the buyer paid for the lot then rudely snatched the box from me and left.within 20 minutes she had left negative feedback stating A LOAD OF RUBBISH NEVER AGAIN.with no contact what soever,i sent the buyer a message saying i did not understand as the buyer had placed 5 bids over 3 days & i had 12 clear pictures for anyone interested to look at,and i had listed my listing as honest as possible,and if the buyer had contacted me or even brought the lot back i would have willinly refunded her..the buyer replied that yes she had bid 5 times but the items looked different in the pictures and that she would not dare sell the items at even a car boot sale,on looking at the buyers feedback this is the first time that she has bought a lot of this kind and i just dont know what she expected.This buyer must have got carried away with their bidding,the nrealised something like they wasn't going to lose money on the lot,but wasn't going to make as much as firsrt thought,the buyer wasn't unhappy enough to bring the lot back or even ask for a refund.the buyer must have being angry with herself,but was too above herself to admit she had made a mistake,sotherefore vented all her anger at me with negative feedback stating what a load of rubbish,never again.without any contact whatsoever,this buyer collected the lot so had every oppurtunitie to show her disappointment infront of me but choose to leave untrue negative feedback from behind closed doors.beware.
