| Details: | BAD BUYER! BEWARE. Buyer made purchase from online store, agreeing to TOS of the store. Paid up front for fast shipping. Then claims with PayPal items are not as ordered or with internal damage. All of which are covered in normal TOS procedures. Buyer then shipped (SOME) parts back, about 1/4 of the dollar value was not shipped back. Buyer Kept these items. Also parts shipped back were damaged do to overly compressed shipping of packaging. In all out over a couple hundred dollars from this buyer. I would strongly suggest NOT doing business with this guy either as a BUYER or SELLER. |

Yep - scammed by the same Erik Krowel
(Email:ferrarikrowel@gmail.com), taking advantage of eBay's buyer protection to scam honest sellers. Beware Erik Krowel, who also uses the eBay name "patrimour.w6ptmny" - dishonest scam artist.

I just did a deal with him for a lg g6 and now hes looking to return claiming it's defective. Its a brand new phone, I opened, tested and now he filed a claim. Says it wont charge, wont call sometimes. Guy is full of it amd hes been through like 5 different ebay accounts obviously for a reason

My comment about Erik above was premature. We were still in the middle of working the issue out when I posted this. After further inspection of the device his claim was legitimate and is working with me to resolve the issue. I submitted a request for removal and waiting for a response.

After dealing with Erik more to resolve our issue I've realized hes just looking out for his best interest. He had good reason to question the device and just wanted to make sure the device operates as it should. He is a legit buyer in my opinion and I wish I had waited till our deal was done before commenting above because he did everything in his power to get this deal done fairly for both if us. We have worked out our issues and I'll sell to him again anytime!
