Please also report to eBay, although eBay may not do something yet until some threshold is reached.

Hey Everyone, I'm going through the same thing & the buyer is doing exactly the same thing!! Hopefully this time he gets shut down!! He opened a case 4 months later in PayPal, which I didn't even think was possible.

I hope he gets shut down too, but I doubt it. eBay/PayPal protect buyers too much.
I hope more people can see this and put him in blacklist.

This "buyer" is actually a reshipping company that buys on behalf of foreign customers using a US shipping address. They charge fees and they ship in bulk to avoid high USPS rates. Buyers use them to get around sellers' country blocks and language issues.

There are many of these companies on eBay and they use multiple IDs. One biggie is Shop America Airlines, with IDs of "smallfamiliar" followed by a 4-digit number, serving Japan. They have at least 20 IDs. I think this one is Vietnam, it's new to me.

Most sales with these companies are legitimate, but scammers do use them. They insulate the buyers from the sellers, and there is nothing you can do once you get hit with a scam except to pay up. EBay doesn't care because they bring in boatloads of money.

You can block individual IDs but there are always others they can use, and it's useless to specify “no international shipping” since their address is in the US.

I don't mind which type of company they are, but they have to be honest. Besides, one big issue with them is the small stuff without tracking number may easily get lost, based on the nature of the business.

I saw this information 0n 9-22-17 when I was going to ship an $1800.00 order, so I called ebay & paypal and they said I would be protected if I shipped the item. Today 10-18-17 he is now claiming he did not receive it. We have proof of delivery, but we will see how this on ends. The business name is WeShopAmerica LLC and he/she uses the email addresses wsph.purchaseus@gmail.com, wsvnpurchase3@gmail.com, but is constatntly changing his/her email so they don't get caught.

For anything more than $300, it require signature to get protected by PayPal. If you do have, hopefully PayPal will do something. Normally for such large amount a police report is required. I hope this time eBay/PayPal can eliminate this bad apple out.

I have just had a purchase with this buyer with the name Siew Fong, 2268 Senter Rd Ste 198, San jose, CA 95112-2623 (weshopamerica2@gmail.com). I am sending priority mail so I hope the fact that it is scanned as received will protect me with EBay of they do make a claim. Thanks for posting this, there was another business like this in Los Angeles that was doing the same thing.

Posted over 6 years ago by 172.68.X.X Report as SPAM

Good for you US sellers. The tracking number can protect you from claim of not received. I'm just wondering if they would file a case claiming about wrong item or bad quality etc. Taking photos of the items being sent out may be necessary.

cbtshop. is who purchased my speakers. I was scheduling a pickup, with FedEx, and they were asking me if it was a business. I said it seems as though it is. FedEx asked me what were the hours the business was open. I had no idea. I had a phone number, but no personal name on the account, but Peacesoft SOI-364892. I called, nobody answered, and when it went to voicemail, I was told it was full, or punch in my secret code, to listen to messages. Since I couldn't verify the store hours, I looked up the address online, and this was one of the pages that came up. THANK GOD! I almost sent these out, without a Signature Verification! I told the FedEx person, that I believe they saved my ass.

These people have paid me in full. I still have my speakers here, all boxed up and ready to go. I'm on hold with PayPal right now, to tell them the situation, and how I should proceed.

Things seemed suspicious with this buyer, so I did an internet search before shipping a ~$2,500 item from me. I found this page and decided to cancel the order and refunded the buyer's money. There's too much money at stake for me to mess around with. I notified EBay about this buyer, others should consider doing the same to help future legit sellers from getting scammed.

Stop sending, just cancel the transaction.

Posted over 6 years ago by 108.162.X.X Report as SPAM

Thank you so much, I just canceled the transaction and paypal is refunding the amount payd, maybe you really saved my ass. Now I'm going to contact the buyer to explain that I changed my mind because I learned something interesting about him.

The buyer is asking me to relist the item: now he is available to pay through bank transfer. What do you think about ? Is there any kind of risk for me ?

Posted over 6 years ago by 188.114.X.X Report as SPAM

Well, bank transfer can still be reversible, just taking more effort. I'd rather avoid them.

I had an Amazon order from that address for 264 bottles. After delivery, they claimed they got 20 bottles less and Amazon issued them a refund. They got even smarter in scamming. They don't claim non-receipt which is easy to dispute. They claim the order quantity is less than it should be, which is a lot harder to fight. We are spending hours fighting that refund. A week later, they tried to place even larger quantity on Ebay for the same product. We have cancelled the order and will not do business with this address at any sales channels. They forever in our black list. Save yourself the headaches and avoid this WeShop America company. You go to a supermarket and steal something, police will arrest you and the case will be forever on your criminal record. This company does a lot worst and nothing happens to them.

Posted about 6 years ago by 162.158.X.X Report as SPAM

For dispute on amount, taking pictures before sealing package maybe a good way.

Posted about 6 years ago by 162.158.X.X Report as SPAM

For low quantity order, taking photos are fine. For larger quantities, how can you proof the photos you took are not retake of the same box? That's gray area which is disputable and we are spending a lot time and energy to fight.

Posted about 6 years ago by 108.162.X.X Report as SPAM

Number the box, and after individual pictures take a picture for all boxes. It may not help for argument, but at least good for record to yourself.

Because of this site, I was concerned about shipping to this buyer purchasingvn, but since the purchase was $35+ shipping, I packed everything very carefully and sent priortiy flat rate box. It was delivered and now they have contacted me twice to say there is an item missing. I KNOW IT IS NOT MISSING, I PACKED IT MYSELF. I have told them and am waiting to hear (again). I should have just cancelled the sale but thought because it was a small sale, they wouldn't create a non-issue.

I got a $250 order from these guys. I cancelled the order after seeing this site. Now they are writing me by username "weshous" I alerted eBay and told them they should know if this person already and they need to do something about it.

Posted over 5 years ago by 162.158.X.X Report as SPAM

Here is another username this person is using.. weshomy0... All I got to say is this. "You start drama you get karma" anyone get a message from a prna99 as well? They are catching onto you. You should thank me for the warning. I offered to hand deliver the order for free and they never replied back. This buyer will try to buy again from you if you refuse to sell to them. Be careful people.

Weshop is a third-party order service company. Legally regulated in several Asian countries. The 2268 Senter Rd Ste 198 San Jose, CA, US address used is Weshop Company's one of several drob box addresses. Apparently there are some criminals who know the weaknesses of the online buying and selling system between countries that take advantage of the situation. May be aware. The victims are absolutely the sellers, the buyers and Weshop company.
