Well this moron idiot thinks he can pay for things and make sure they go to an address that isnt even his billable credit card address. He things he can deliberately violate a company's policies that repeat that they dont ship to any other address other then the credit cards billable. Asshole like this will then make up any bullshit excuse and try to play stupid into why their card gets declined. Assholes like this one will purposely try to get sellers to ship to a non credit card address than all of the sudden place credit card disputes playing some bullshit act to their credit card company saying their card got stolen while the whole time they got the product to the address you were stupid enough to send it that wasn't the credit card's billable address.
