We believe this is a friendly chargeback. We spoke over the phone with this customer and even found him on Facebook and Truepeoplesearch. Upon placing the order he requested to have the package redeliver to another locations using UPS My Choice. Unfortunately since the product required a signature he was not able to release the package and it was sent back. Customer initiated a chargeback stating that he did not authorize the transaction.
