Customer is committing mail and credit card fraud. Bought a bunch of precious metals from our company along with 8 other precious metals vendors on ebay and then acted as if the charges were unauthorized with his credit card. He is registered to the address and all of the packages were signed for an delivered to his address and signed for by G. Moya.

I tried calling him several times and everytime I tell him where I am calling from he hangs up right away. Xavier Moya is a complete fraud and scammer and should be put in Jail. We will be pressing charges and taking him to court.

xexavir124 is also a horrible seller on eBay. He will scam you from the start. I purchased a new MacBook Pro and of course paid, and about 12 hours later I received an email from eBay stating that the sellers account was compromised by a "third party". I don't believe that at all! He never intended to send me an item. I'm still going through the process with Paypal, and were going on 2 weeks now. To top it all off I paid using a company credit card, so not only do I not get a new computer to do my job with, I may not have a job if I can't recover these funds. FYI he has another email, so watch out for xaviermoya03@gmail.com. This was the email used through Paypal. My advice to stay away from any relation to the name Xavier Moya!
