This theif received the same the item for his computer and deliberately falsified a dispute to steal product from company. He tries to interject his own terms to return a product, thinking we are actually going to pay for this idiots shipping, when he got exactly what he had purchased. The moron purchased a HP Battery 593553-001 and thats exactly what he had received. This idiot didnt bother to place it into his computer because he knows full well it works. Filed a bullshit dispute for not as described. |

Buyer is a complete lying scumbag. Was told to send pictures of the item that he so called received as not as described. 10 days goes by and not even one single email of the pictures. Then escalates dispute and says more of his bullshit lies. Buys wrong item and then tries to blame company for his own stupidity. Goes on and lies saying how he contacted company when no single shred of proof existed. Leaves 3 words for his dispute and then continues his bs, saying "oh i left you an explaination and you didnt resolve it" proof this idiot cant put no more than 3 words together before his brain goes in overload.

Submitted both the invoice and the purchase order with this moron's purchase. It clearly showed he received exactly what he had purchased. Its obvious he was just too stupid to read. Even from what he had wrote, it was a total scam from this a-hole. If he makes any claims of why the item didnt fit his notebook its 100% because he put it upside down and backwards! Thats how much intelligence he has. if your capable of reading, why dont you read policies next time instead of just saying that you did and dont. Compatibility with your notebook and the product purchased is your responsible for conducting the research not ours! You got exactly what you ordered right down the sales order you completed vs the purchase order that matched 100%. So go try conning someone else!

Lol this is funny I remember this. There were no lies on my end and I sent eBay and PayPal the pictures of my laptop my battery and the battery received in a box ripped and folded around the box haha. Treadle seller I have a great ebay rating because I send the right items! All my sellers love me but you. Moron
