I spent several hours coordinating a combined Global Shipping Program order for this buyer after he made offers on eight items totaling 300 dollars US. At the last minute, the buyer said he wanted to back out. I am out all my time, all my exposure on my listings (views, watchers) and I will have to pay fees to relist each item (without the dozens of watchers).
