This person asked me what I needed to make off my iPhone, he agreed and offered to pay for shipping because it was for his goddaughter’s birthday. I then ended my auction early, was billed $38 for ending early because there was a bid. I also received emails which looked authentic from what I thought was PayPal- I thought I had received payment so I agreed to mail it asap thinking “how sweet to buy this for his goddaughter”. Wow was I dooped! I’ve bought and sold a lot of things off of eBay in the past and I’ve never been scammed until now. I was advised to file a police report, I have reported him to eBay and PayPal. I just hope that even if I never see the money or phone- I may help others not to get scammed. Just sad when good honest people trying to make money to pay bills etc… get ripped off by scums. No bad deed is left unpunished
