The client make a complaint the touch pad slot of this motherboard have some blemish so
It lead the laptop LCD flicker and touch pad can not work.
But we test all function before we ship the motherboard to our client.

I still agree with this client refund goods request for a good service.
But I am shocked when I received the refund motherboard.
Three electronic components that control touch-pad have been striped away and remain stannum.it show client use welding torch to take these electronic component away.
so I think this client’s purpose is that he just get these electronic components to repair his motherboard.these electronic components is too hard to find!
