Common practice in Florida from spicks that order parts and then file fraud disputes. We dont know if the other two dispute filings on this site are yours, but if they are not, print those other disputes out and make sure you tell the credit card company that he has a history of theft. Then send him a collections letter stating (1) your going to sue the asshole for petty larceny (under $500), and being in possession of stolen merchandise. Also make it clear that if he did it to others he's local police and postal inspectors office is going to be contacted. And make sure you contact them and just dont blow off steam.
