They are currently ordering under the name "Benedict". 3 orders in 2 days, then 2 of those books were returned. Due to identifiers on the books, scrubbing was not possible. They did use the BS reason of "Item not as described". We deducted all shipping costs from the refunds and got no pushback from them.
We are located less than 5 miles from them, which may (and should) have prevented any game playing.
We have seen a ton of bad reports on them.

The scammer uses several female names, but the actual culprit behind this is named Sergey Mezhericher
Mara Vish is his girlfriend. Several other names are employees. Some are made up names.

We got the same scam. The book sent was almost in new condition, then Benedict, Sara, turn now into Anastasia said the book has water damaged, and was not in good condition. Looking into old returns I found another one with the name Masha Olshevskaya, she said it was the wrong book. Hyperreality Books

Sarah Lee is trying to scam me right now, I sent a new book and she is asking for a refund saying it scratched and damaged. I know the book was clean and packed well. I was concerned when her request bounced back. That has never happened. I checked on the company and found your site as well as Amazon complaints. I don't know why Amazon would allow this company to do business and rip people off.

Sarah Lee has ramped up her game. I shipped a book and it was returned with bogus condition statements. After issuing the refund, it was relisted then repurchased within hours. Yes, the buyer was Sarah Lee again. I'm waiting for her to reply to my message. Amazon has to do something with this criminal.
