This buyer is a scam. All 4 bracelets she bought in the past 1 year from different sellers all ended with broken cord, another fashion jewelry item she bought from another seller had loose stones. These events are so funny. Our guess is that she would break it to get refund after she receive it, and repair it afterward. Fellow sellers, if she pull the same trick to you, beware and report her to eBay.
