Customer was delivered item which was confirmed to be delivered by UPS. Customer continued to insist the item was not received a month after delivery and eventually filed an A to Z claim. So she got what she wanted, a free product. We find in most cases this is not the first or last instance that these buyers do this, so we decided to put the address here for other seller's reference.
