Bought two LED bulbs on September 1, 2012.
Left negative to us on October 25, 2012 claimed that one of the LED bulbs work 2 days then die.
We email the buyer to follow up with this problem.
Buyer replied: "I did understand the email you sent me, but I ordered them almost 2 months ago and don't remember every email sent to me. The reason I left negative feedback and didn't email you is because of the experience from almost every other LED seller on ebay. every time I've had an issue with an LED its take weeks upon weeks to get it resolved. and I honestly do not have that kind of patience anymore. If your willing to send me replacement LED's I would more than gladly change the Feedback to positive."

We send replacement bulbs with picture and buyer do not need to return the defective so why not contact us first? A negative to the seller makes you happy?!?!

If ebay has more of this kind of buyer then we can't stand there anymore!
