she thought the item was a necklace but it was a strand of loose beads. at first she said she did not check the description and asked me to give 27 extra beads. i did not give to her. then she bought another strand of beads, but one day later she changed her mind and asked me to cancel it, which I did. then start to lie to ebay to get a free return postage. after I paid her return postage she left very bad feedback including the one I have cancelled for her. i reported to ebay . ebay deleted one feedback and left one. her ebay ID is nycndliuamy
