This report is fraudulent and untrue. The company in question is a fraudulent company trying to scam others. Buyer beware. They scam others by saying that the product is shipped and they never ship the product but try and take your money.

This is unfortunately how som fraudsters "work the system". And when you expose them for the criminals they are, they accuse YOU of running some kind of gangster-operation! Whereas the real criminal is you, Sherran Lea Lambert from Blanca, Colorado. You order stuff online and as soon as you're emailed that it's shipped untracked, you file a "non receipt" claim, less than 24 hours later.

WARD and/or SHERRAN LEA LAMBERT should simply own up to their fraudulent behavior. They took advantage of the seller who shipped the merchandise without tracking knowing full well that there would not be a paper trail and, thus, they would be able to secure a refund and get the item(s) for free. Libel is a civil tort. It's not "imprisonable," you twit. There is no such thing as "criminal libel."

I'm an actual attorney. Your legal threats are laughable. First, if libel WAS criminal, you couldn't bring the action, the state would have to do that. Secondly, opinion is protected speech. Just saying bad things about you isn't slander (libel is written, btw). There would have be a materially false statement that caused damages. Facts in dispute are also not libel.
