This is unfortunately how som fraudsters "work the system". And when you expose them for the criminals they are, they accuse YOU of running some kind of gangster-operation! We've been in business for ten years and shipped over a hundred thousand packages, worldwide. The only scammer here is Sherran Lea Lambert.

Show me the USPS or UPS or FEX tracking ID. You have no legitimacy.

Shipments below $100 are sent untracked. This saves our customers $7 and us the trouble of filling out tracking forms. The vast majority of our customers are honest and won't file a "non-receipt" for a non-tracked shipment.

What is the item you are talking about and who did you ship it with? Also disclose the shipping receipt where you lodged shipping the item and you may then have more credibility.

Tracking is simple, you can do it online. My suggestion to your company is that you send your items whatever expensive items you sell with full tracking and insurance at least that way you can see where they go and if they get delivered. You are not saving your customers anything except issues if they go missing in the mail. What was the expensive items that were purchased that you sent with no tracking? How were they sent? USPS provide full tracking for items under $100. Who was the shipping carrier?

WARD and/or SHERRAN LEA LAMBERT should simply own up to their fraudulent behavior. They took advantage of the seller who shipped the merchandise without tracking knowing full well that there would not be a paper trail and, thus, they would be able to secure a refund and get the item(s) for free. It was a very bad move on the part of the seller not to include some type of tracking (we all make mistakes) and there is more than sufficient evidence to prove the Lambert scam.
