this person is white access my bank in internet, claiming login and password changes by using my SSN and name. Then change my mailing address to his Las Vegas address, and request a debt card from bank. Thus, the bank send the my debit card to his address. He used his cell phone which changed my profile though internet, to activate "my" debit card. So he used my card to spend lot money for shopping and ATM withdraw. I reported to police with his address, phone, but do not why the law authority can do anything to stop such chime!
