Details: | Customer purchased 2 sim adapter packs. He then claims he only received 1. I asked him to send me a picture of what he received. He said the through it out. I informed him that I cannot help him without the picture. He said a picture won't prove anything. He then waited till the next day and asked if I was going to ship the item out. I said you still haven't sent me the picture I asked for. Then he said as soon as he can, he will leave me a negative feedback. Which he did.
I then went through ebay's automated system and requested a call-back. I told the rep why I was calling and all the details. They checked and saw what I was saying was true. They then removed the negative. I then reported the buyer for attempted fraud.
Reason I want the picture.. Every time I sell this item in multiples, I mark them. If I sell 2, both packets will have a number 2 marked on them. This is the only reason I can see the customer would not send me the picture. It was my proof. |
