This is beyond our policy and FedEx policy to trace package. Customer's story seemed fabricated and had no valid explanation for waiting as long as he did to report package lost. In general, I would not recommend other stores ship to Frank Haro. We are now fighting his fraudulent chargeback. |

I encourage the commenter and other readers of this to file a police report against Frank Haro. Our lawyer is going to be filing a report on our behalf. Frank is counting on people not to do anything. While a police report is small, when Frank has several police reports on file against him, it will start to help show a pattern for law enforcement.
