Full on thief and scammer, will order items and claim not delivered, will leave negative feedback using slurs in a foreign language and demand payment of money for removal. This fraudster will also be denounced in credit score sites and other media and will be reported to ICE for investigation of criminal activitoies that may involve illegals.
