Thankfully, the Prospective "Buyer" asked us for a Free Sample pack.
We processed it same day requested (Tuesday) the week prior to the American Thanksgiving day week & Commenced to ask an additional volley of Questions (4 eMails total) which all were already outlined on our eBay listing for all but the most careless & indifferent to "Find & Review". Prospective Buyer contacted us on Sunday asking why it was taking so long to get his free sample!!. We responded immediately outlining with screen captures the USPS Time-frame for USPS 1st. Class Letter. Prospect contacted us on Monday harrassing us for a sur-charge that USPS Charged him to release the letter asserting that "we" did not put enough or sufficient postage on the letter. from 2:00PM Until 7:30PM Prospective Buyer dunned & blamed & Accused us at being at fault (24 eMails total). We responded with research providing links to 3 different USPS Web-Pages showing the FACTS of the matter that showed we did not make any mistake nor did we neglect putting sufficient postage. We also did screen captures on how USPS 1st. Class Size & weigh limits for 1st. Class Letter was easily met by the 6.5" X 8.5" 2 Ounce Letter (With USPS 1st. Class Limits being 7.5" X 11.5" & up to 3.5 Oz's for a 1st. Class "Forever" Stamp) We asked if we had some-how forgotten to put the Stamp but the Prospective Buyer confirmed it was "There" but that USPS Demanded an additional $0.71Cents USD. Prospective Buyer Insulted & called us Racists (For asking if he was ESL since he simply seemed to NOT at all comprehend simple English sentences) & demanded a discount & a refund of his $0.71Cents USD. We cited the facts & the evidence & showed how our Free sample pack with a single "Forever" Stamp was indeed 1.5 Ounces UNDER the Maximum of 3.5 Oz's & more than sufficient to cover the postage accordingly. We then reviewed his eBay Account ("ttmzdogs") & found to our HORROR that he leaves the most mean-spirited Negative & Neutral Feedbacks we've ever seen done on eBay for absolutely inane issues (Like him buying from a China Based Seller & then Claiming items as being "Defective" & or "Cheap" & "BEWARE FROM CHINA" type of Negative Feedbacks. We subsequently contacted eBay & reported the Prospective Buyer for extortion, & Demanding goods or services outside of eBay & for Insulting us & using uncalled for VULGAR Berating Cussing & Disgusting Language against us while we simply remained polite & respectful. On Top of all this?? Prospective Buyer claimed his Father works for USPS (Which we thought was weird since he ought to know then full well that USPS makes a TONNE of Mistakes on all sorts of issues & services). We would like to WARN OTHER SELLERS of this Buyer! Please Review his eBay profile & BLOCK him ASAP to protect yourselves & your seller accounts. Thank you.
