In the runup to Christmas, having been informed of exactly why there were severe USPS delays, Jonathan Montana rudely said he would soon do a chargeback for the shipment we sent, because he said he didn't care about anything else but a speedy delivery, and any delays were our problem.

When we told Jonathan Montana (employed as an Embedded Kernel Lead at Cavium Inc.) that a fraudulent chargeback would result in a public blacklisting, Mr. Montana said that he thought we were criminals and fraudsters. He said that he would do as much damage to our reputation as possible by posting on many forums, over many days that we are fraudsters. He would complain with the Better Business Bureau and with "your local agencies". The criminal said he would continue ruin our business unless we would pay him money immediately.

When we searched for Jonathan Montana online, we were informed that he has a criminal record that we could purchase. Mr. Montana certainly is guilty of criminal libel as well as criminal blackmail. We have informed his employer and are taking further steps.

The asshole can say whatever he wants and make all types of threats, it means jack shit! The fact is you should have policies clearly stated, there should be something in your online store that has a check mark that clearly states the buyer has to mark saying they read and agreed to your policies. If not stated, you have 30 days to delivery a product. The asshole was going to file a chargeback either way and made up all that bullshit to try to make it sound like the fault was yours. The asshole knew that it was the holidays and knew there was delays in USPS shipping. The fact he started his bullshit the second he knew the item was shipped. From the second the asshole started acting up, you should of just banned him and completed the transaction.

You should tell the product was shipped and not give anyone the tracking number. Dont give people anymore information or anything they can use against you. As far as the BBB, tell the asshole to go fuck himself, the BBB does not do jack shit. They are nothing but glorified secreataries.

But the asshole behind you, learn from your mistakes and move on.
