Details:	Bought a pair of LED bulbs. Told me they are not bright and wanna return for refund. I told the buyer if they are in original condition then we accept return. I received the bulbs, the white colour wires are full of grease and are not in resellable condition. Guess what the buyer told me? "You said you can offer me a full refund not a partial. If you give me a full refund do you understand that I still am $7 short due to shipping? $25 is unacceptable. I'm a college student need every dollar." If they are in original resellable condition I will honour my word and issue full refund. You forced me to issue full refund after opening a ebay "Return request" and "Buyer dispute". Ok......
