Details: | Elizabeth Maddox purchased three kits of the New in manufacture packaging” Clairol Nice 'n Easy Foam for Dark Blondes” on June 16, 2016. She received the item via USPS Priority Mail on June 18, 2016 , 2:09 pm. That gives her until Saturday July 2, 2016 to alert her seller of any issues/concerns. USPS tracking number: 9405509699939028653434 We received word from her via Amazon e-mail on July 28 2016. Our Policy States that we offer {14 days for return} should there be any problems, however the buyer is well outside this time frame. It is the responsibility of all buyers to check their purchases to ensure they receive their warranty, but Elizabeth has excuses that is not our issue. We have sold 1000s of this products both on Amazon and other online forums and only Elizabeth makes claims all three were defective?? Why did not the other 999 customers not have issues? Bottom line is the only thing that would have allowed us to hear her concerns would be our policy, which we are bound by. We give this generous time frame which is more than enough time for all buyer but it is not for Elizabeth?? We reserve the right to not offer a refund for any of the three she admitted to 'opening', as customer is at fault for not abiding by the return policy time frame. IF we were to ask buyer to send all three back as 'new in manufacture packaging', we would have accepted only within the 14 days return policy but at this point she as she stated opened not one or two but all three of the kits!! Amazon closed her case with no funds going back to this scam. |
