Buyer purchased a movie from myself and then within minutes sent me a message stating:

you must ship this ASAP

I replied to her that I am a top rated seller with perfect feedback and I always ship ASAP.

Her reply to me was that I was rude and she was offended and wanted to cancel the transaction.

I did so and sent her a refund.

Then she left me negative feedback for not being responsive on my emails and in her opinion not a good seller.

Ebay immediately removed her negative feedback when I called and as it turns out she has done this to other people.

She has left 38 bad feedbacks out of 150 sales.

wow what a scumbag if you get an order from her simply send her back her money and don't risk the negative feedback from this buyer.
