| Details: | Lied about item not being as described. Took many photos. He even flip-flopped about why he wanted a refund. eBay claim was denied but he successfully scammed Paypal. But they apparently side with dishonest buyers all the time. |

That has nothing to do with PayPal, it was youre rebuttle or evdience you provided. Something you did to deny a claim because your evidence wasnt strong enough.
